Prior to the initial consultation the patient will be instructed to complete and return a Health Screen Questionnaire along with a food diary.


It is important to educate our clients of the various issues and health benefits of our suggested lifestyle change, and once that is done we can then to create a combined health protocol that delivers targeted support that addresses our clients’ specific needs.


Follow-up Consultation

Your follow-up consultation enables a detailed review and tailoring of initial treatment plan and lifestyle recommendations. We provide the patient with a fully personalised Protocol Pack.


Additional Follow-Up Consultations

The number of followups and treatment timescales may vary between patients. Subsequent appointments allow us to monitor a patient’s progress, provide consistent support, and build upon dietary recommendations and review supplement programs and test results.


Initial Consultation

Your consultation focuses on achieving your health goals, in a practical, realistic fashion. These insights allow Olga to establish a clear understanding of the case history along with the patient’s health goals, dietary habits and current lifestyle.


Out of Office Consultations

For the Initial Consultation Package, Olga encourages a one-to-one visit at her clinic. Follow-up consultations are available via Skype, FaceTime or over the phone. Home or office visits can be arranged (subject to location).
